How to access the Bureau

In Person at a Drop-In Session

Monday 10am – 4pm
Tuesday and Wednesday 1pm – 4pm
Thursday and Friday 10am – 1pm


Please note that on occasion the Bureau may need to close early without notice due to staff shortages.

At First Contact

When you first visit the Bureau a triage worker will take some initial details and assess your query to make sure that your enquiry is dealt with appropriately.
