specialist help which may include representation, in the areas of

  • welfare benefits
  • housing
  • employment

representation (depending on resources) at:

  • county court
  • possession proceedings
  • social security tribunals
  • employment tribunals

home visiting - when there are significant factors which make it difficult to access one of the Bureau outlets, eg.:

  • physical/mental health difficulties
  • caring responsibilities
